To join the 3-day tour starting at 08:00 in Cao Bang, you will need to travel the day before. We offer multiple bus options from various cities to accommodate your schedule:

Day Before Departure:

• Plan to arrive in Cao Bang the evening before the tour.
• Choose from several bus options from cities like Hanoi, Sapa, and Ninh Binh.
• Upon arrival enjoy a free hostel bed arranged by us at Loop Hostel Cao Bang.

08:00: Check out of your accommodation. Breakfast, guide introductions, and group welcome chat. Gear check, route briefing, and riding order confirmed before departure.

Morning: Coffee stop at Vu Nong.

• Vu Nong (elevated viewpoint overlooking the valleys below — 20–30 minute coffee and photo break)
• Dinh Phung Viewpoint (short walking trail to a group photo viewpoint — 20–30 minutes)

12:30: Lunch at Ban Nga (60 minutes).

Afternoon: Truc Lung Pan Bamboo Forest.

• Truc Lung Pan Bamboo Forest (dense bamboo forest harvested by the nearby village — guides share context on how the forest is used by the community; 20–30 minutes)

14:30: Arrive and check in at Bao Lac Homestay — mountain accommodation overlooking cascading rice paddies. Settle in, take in the valley views, and catch sunset from the homestay.

19:00: Dinner at Bao Lac Homestay. Overnight Bao Lac.

07:00: Breakfast at Bao Lac Homestay. Early start — full day ahead.

08:00: Depart Bao Lac.

Morning: Khau Coc Cha Pass Hike.

• Khau Coc Cha Pass (20-minute hike to a viewpoint overlooking 14 switchback roads, then hike back to the bikes — 45–60 minutes at stop)

Midday: Lunch at a farmstay halfway through the day’s ride — home-cooked meal in an authentic setting (60 minutes).

Afternoon: Nguom Ngao Cave.

• Nguom Ngao Cave (approximately 30 minutes trekking through cathedral-sized caverns with impressive karst formations — 45–60 minutes including walk)

Late Afternoon: Ban Gioc Waterfall.

• Ban Gioc Waterfall (arrive at golden hour for the best light of the day; boat trip to the foot of the waterfall — one of the largest in Southeast Asia, marking the Vietnam–China border. Explore on foot after the boat; 60–90 minutes)

17:30: Arrive and check in at Nasan Green Farm — eco-tourism property on 4 acres of riverfront land on the Quay Son River.

19:00: Dinner at Nasan Green Farm, overlooking the river. Overnight Nasan Green Farm.

08:00: Breakfast at Nasan Green Farm — final morning before the last day of riding.

09:00: Depart Nasan Green Farm.

Morning: The Peaks of Quy.

• The Peaks of Quy (Loop exclusive — high exposed ridge with panoramic views in every direction, grass cover broken by limestone outcrops, dramatically different between seasons; 60–90 minutes)

Late Morning: Angel Eye Mountain.

• Angel Eye Mountain (unique mountain formation with a natural hole through its centre — scenic approach through surrounding valleys; 30–45 minutes)

Midday: BBQ lunch at Angel Eye Mountain — special BBQ experience with panoramic mountain views (60–90 minutes including meal).

14:30: Arrive Cao Bang City. Group farewell with the guides.

16:00: Organised transport departs for Hanoi (approximately 5 hours).
