, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us” refers to Loop Tours.
- “Customer,” “you,” “your” refers to the person who books a tour or uses our services.
- “Tour” refers to the travel services provided by Loop Tours, including but not limited to tours throughout Vietnam.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Payment: A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the tour start date. Payments can be made via our online payment gateway.
2.1 Cancelation by customer
- 0% of the tour cost will be charged if cancelled more than 72 hours before the trip.
- 50% of the tour cost will be charged if cancelled between 48 and 72 hours before the trip.
- 75% of the tour cost will be charged if cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the trip.
- 100% of the tour cost will be charged if cancelled under 24 hours. Cancellation notices must be given in writing, and will be considered in accordance to Vietnamese time (UTC +7) in relation to the original booking date of your tour. Amendments to the booking made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee as charged by our local partners, such as bus transfer fees. Loop Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour for any reason. If Loop Tours cancels the tour, we will issue a 100% refund. Bookings for third party tours not listed directly on our website will be charged in accordance to our partners cancellation policy. For payments made by card, we are unable to refund the card transaction fee.
3. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
The Tour includions and inclusions are outlined on every tour on our Site.
4. Travel Insurance
- Requirement: Travel insurance is mandatory for all customers and should cover personal injury, medical expenses, and repatriation costs.
- Proof of Insurance: You must provide proof of insurance before the tour start date.
5. Health and Fitness
- Fitness Level: Some tours may require a certain level of fitness. You are responsible for assessing your fitness level and ensuring you meet the tour requirements.
- Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation in the tour. We reserve the right to decline your booking if we believe the tour is unsuitable for you.
6. Conduct and Behavior
- Code of Conduct: You agree to comply with local laws and regulations and to behave respectfully towards other customers, our staff, and local communities.
- Removal from Tour: We reserve the right to remove any customer from the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful to the tour group.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
