Itinerary

Day 1

HA GIANG - DONG VAN TOWN

ENROUTE TO HA GIANG:

To join the 3-day tour starting at 8 AM in Ha Giang, you will need to travel the day before. We offer multiple bus options from various cities to accommodate your schedule:

Day Before Departure:

Plan to arrive in Ha Giang the evening before the tour.
Choose from several bus options from cities like Hanoi, Sapa, Cat Ba, and Ninh Binh
Upon arrival enjoy a free hostel bed arranged by us.

08:00: Check out of your homestay, enjoy breakfast, meet the guides and the group, have your welcome chat. Get ready to hit the road!

Bac Sum Pass (Your first stop to hop off and enjoy the scenery)
Heaven’s Gate (The highest peak and entry to the Dong Van karst plateau)
Can Ty Pass (Lush landscapes and traditional villages)
Cultural workshop at Lung Tam Village (Experience the traditional broacde weaving and test your skills!)

12:30: Time for a local lunch in Yen Minh Town.

Chin Khoanh Pass (Winding roads with breathtaking mountain views)
Tham Ma Pass (Panoramic vistas of lush terraced fields)
Hmong Kings Palace (Historic palace offering insight into Hmong cultural heritage)

17:30: Arrive and check-in at the homestay in the rice paddies above Dong Van.

19:00: Have a family dinner with a variety of Vietnamese dishes, and share your photos from the day with the group.

Day 2

DONG VAN - DU GIA

07:00: Rise and shine for another day of adventure. Check out and have breakfast at our local homestay before mounting up.

Ma Pi Leng Pass (Vietnam’s most well known road, with spectacular gorge views along the famous winding Happiness Road)
Ma Pi Leng Skywalk (An elevated hiking trail offers unparalleled scenery and incredible photo shots)
Meo Vac (Traditional market town with vibrant cultural heritage)
Lung Ho (Picturesque village with Hmong cultural traditions)

11:30: Lunch in Mau Due.

Mau Due (Village amidst rugged mountains with a nice viewpoint up top)

14:00: Check-in to the homestay in Du Gia.

15:00: Jump into the Du Gia Waterfall and take a swim!

19:30: Dinner and happy water, karaoke and dancing with your fellow travelers and guides.

Day 3

DU GIA - HA GIANG

07:00: Time to have the most important meal of the day and depart for Ha Giang City. The scenic route will take you to:

Duong Thuong Valley (Beautiful valley with diverse flora and stunning views)
Thuan Hoa Pass (Scenic mountain pass with sweeping valley views)

12:30: Lunch time. After a delicious meal, you will continue your adventure to:

Tay's village (Traditional village showcasing Tay ethnic culture and lifestyle)
Participating in Cultural Performances
Hiking to explore the surrounding natural beauty

15:00: Say goodbye to the journey and your guides in Ha Giang City and get ready to get back to Hanoi.

🚌 Transportation to/from the Loop
Guests join us from all over Vietnam, so we offer flexible transport options to suit your travel plans. You can choose the option that best fits your needs during checkout. Please note: buses depart the day before your selected tour date.

🥤 Beverages
Daily drinking water is provided, but any additional drinks such as soft drinks, alcohol, or extra bottled water are at your own expense.

💸 Personal Expenses
Souvenirs, snacks, and any optional services at accommodations (e.g. laundry, additional meals) are not included.

🛡️ Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend arranging your own travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

📄 Visas
We do not provide visa services. Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all visa requirements for entering and staying in Vietnam.

💰 Taxes
An 8% Vietnamese Sales Tax (VAT) will be applied when paying.

Tips for your guides, drivers, and service providers are not included and are entirely at your discretion.
